Lincoln Crisps

4 1/2 cups Cornflakes
1/2 cup shredded coconut
chopped almonds
3/4 cup of sugar
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 150degrees C.
Beat egg white until soft peaks form.
Add sugar, butter, salt and vanilla, then all dry ingredients.
Spoon in heaped mounds onto a greased baking tray.
Bake until slightly brown.
